Ecotherm acquired a new MEP project on May 1^st, 2016 for the construction and completion of Residential Tower, Plot C18, Sector W1, Abu Dhabi, UAE from the Main Contractor Ghantoot Transport and General Contracting L.L.C [Client: Link International Property L.L.C., & Consultant: Consulting Engineers (EHAF)]. The project is having a total area of 64,895 m² and consisting of 3 Basements (PARKING LEVELS), Ground Floor (ENTRANCE + RETAIL +SERVICES), 4 Podiums (PARKING LEVELS), 1 Offices FLOOR, 21 Floors (RESIDENTIAL) & 1 Floor Tenant Facilities (Swimming Pool, Gym & Children’s playground).
